Wisdom Circle: Competency #3
Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Coachee

The ability to create a safe, supportive environment that produces ongoing mural respect and trust. This Competency is critical to establishing a relationship that will lead to a successful coaching engagement. The facilitator for this program will be Leslie Cardinal. Leslie has a wide variety of experience and training that she brings to her work with her clients. She has extensive training as a coach, and she holds professional certification in this field. Leslie worked for many years in large organizations, and she also has many years of experience as a small business owner and coach. She often finds that her diverse experience can be adapted in creative and useful ways to work well in her clients businesses.
